All you have to do is either rinse your lenses underwater or alternatively you can use a specialised lens cleaning solution. Dry with the Pursuit Active microfiber lens cleaning cloth, which is included free of charge when you purchase a pair of our sports sunglasses.

All Pursuit Active sports sunglasses feature anti scratch technology, which means they are scratch resistant. However, like most sunglasses, they are not scratch proof and our warranty does not cover scratched lenses. To protect your glasses while you’re not wearing them, we suggest you always store them in your Pursuit Active hard sports case, which is provided free of charge with every purchase of our performance eyewear.

We believe that buying sports sunglasses online should be a simple and straightforward process. If you’re not happy with your glasses or you find a defect.

Please retain your purchase receipt for all returns and exchanges.

Please check your glasses for defects / correct product as soon as your delivery arrives. If there is a problem, please contact our customer service on 1800 556 456.

We are happy to exchange, refund or provide a credit for your glasses provided you return them to us within 15 days of the purchase date. Please include your receipt.

We would appreciate you returning your product in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and stickers still attached. You are responsible for the payment of return delivery charges.

If these have been removed, we may need to recoup the cost of repackaging by charging you a small fee.


You can pay for your Pursuit Active Eyewear with your Paypal Account or your credit card. We accept Master Card or Visa. We will accept cheques via post, but please be aware funds will have to be cleared before we dispatch your order.

We will endeavor to dispatch your order on the next working day after receiving your order.

All metropolitan orders should be delivered within 2 – 3 working days. For regional deliveries, please allow up to 7 working days.


Pursuit Active offers free shipping on all orders over $40.00 within Australia.  A small fee applies to international deliveries.

Once Pursuit Active receives your order, it will be packed, sent and delivered – within two to three working days if you live in a metropolitan centre and up to 7 working days if you live in a regional area.

All Pursuit Active sunglasses are covered by a 12 month warranty.

As a 100% Australian family owned business, we’ve been involved in the eyewear industry for 30 years. This level of longevity only comes with being able to manufacture and supply the highest quality product. Even though our core business is to offer our customers affordable eyewear, we stand behind the high quality and reliability of our eyewear. We guarantee to replace or repair free of charge any product with a factory defect for 12 months following the date of purchase. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Glasses that have been damaged or broken due to personal wear and tear or mistreatment, or accidental breakage.
  • Lenses that have been replaced or removed from their frames.
  • Scratched lenses – all of our lenses are made of impact absorbing material and are made of scratch resistant but not scratch-proof material.
  • Sunglasses purchased from discount or non-authorized retailers

Please note: We are constantly updating our range of eyewear with new designs – if we cannot replace your exact frame because it has been discontinued, we will replace it with a frame of similar value.
